3. PAYMENT TERMS

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.
No items will be delivered without full payment.
Payments are non-refundable. Date changes may be credited once, subject to availability.

4. DELIVERY, SETUP & ACCESS

Client agrees to provide clear, safe access to the event site.
Delivery fees apply based on distance.
Setup is limited to placing items only unless a setup service is purchased.
Client is responsible for ensuring someone is present at delivery and pickup times.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

Use all items for their intended purpose only.
Keep rental items in a safe, dry, and secure location.
Prevent misuse, damage, theft, or exposure to weather.
Ensure no food, tape, glue, confetti, candles, or sharp objects are used on linens or equipment unless approved.

6. CLEANING & DAMAGE

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Normal cleaning is included.
Excessive cleaning, stains, burns, wax, tape, food damage, or misuse will result in additional charges.
Client is responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing items.

7. CONCESSION MACHINES
Client assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of all concession machines.
Machines must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Machines may not be used outdoors during rain, excessive heat, or wind.
Client agrees to return machines clean and unplugged. Or will pay cleaning fee.

8. WEATHER POLICY

Rentals are provided rain or shine.
Client assumes responsibility for protecting items from weather.
No refunds due to weather conditions. Can reschedule due to weather conditions
Unsafe weather may result in delayed or canceled setup for safety reasons.

9. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Client assumes all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rental items.
Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Simply Styled Events & Rentals from all claims, damages, or expenses related to the rental.

10. CANCELLATIONS All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 3 days of the event forfeit all payments.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No oral agreements or promises are valid unless written.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
